To check  CPU usages  select /press  c

To check file system  details  select /press  j and d for disks input and output

 To check memory statistics  select /press  m


To check Kernal  statistics  select /press  K

Similarly for network press n .


For process press t

On AIX : Run the command
#nmon

I have press h for help and got the below screen

By Press letter as shown in help section you see the CPU , Memory statistics etc .
