Configure TCP/IP on the first node, using:
# smitty tcpip
Select Minimum Configuration &
Startup
Select eth0 port for -boot IP
Use
eth2 for the standby IP
2. Run #ifconfig –a in node2
3. Check
the entries of /etc/hosts on both the nodes
4. check the entries
of /usr/es/sbin/cluster/etc/rhosts on both the nodes
5. Run # Smitty hacmp
6. Select Extended configuration
7. Select Topology Configuration
8. select configure an HACMP Cluster
9. Select ADD an HACMP Cluster
10. Enter the cluster name
11. Select Configure HACMP Nodes
12. Select Add a node to the HACMP Cluster
13. Enter the Node name & Communication path
14. Add the Cluster in the second node
15. Add the node name & Communication path
16. Run the Discover

18. select HACMP Networks from Extended topology
configuration
19. Select the Add a network to the HACMP Cluster
20. Select ether option
